Internship Placement

Interns can be valuable additions to your company’s workforce. They are fresh, young minds with enthusiastic attitudes and innovative ideas.  In the realm of Creative Services, the workforce being trained today are learning the newest technologies, the newest softwares, and the best creative practices.

Interns are often times placed to fulfill part of their college curriculum, and must work hard to gain practical experience that will land them their ideal job after graduation.  Interns who are still in school can receive credit from their institutions in lieu of financial compensation, and if paid, typically work for smaller stipends than full time employees- yet they often do better work and work harder.

Many interns in the working world are also people who want to learn new techniques in their field, and hone the skills they already posses.  They have valuable professional experience, and are looking for opportunities to bolster their careers.

ATNE has relationships with many academic institutions throughout New England. We work with their respective Career Service and Internship Centers, and Co-Operative Offices to facilitate placement of Interns in positions that will mutually benefit the Intern and the institution. As a member of ATNE, you and your organization will have direct access to these Centers and to a coordinator who will work to place you with an Intern who fits your needs. Through the ATNE Portal, members can also connect with working professionals who are actively seeking collaborative and internship opportunities.
